Merrijig Ski Club - Booking Request Form

Please contact the booking officer with as much details as possible about your desired stay at Merrijig, and they will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking. Please include date of arrival, date of departure, numbers of adults and children (3-15), ages of children, and whether double or single beds are preferred (if available). Booking Conditions

  • Bookings for general public start on 1 March
  • A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.
    The balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
    Methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or direct deposit.
  • Summer rates: for Non-members (not accompanied by a member) a minimum group of about 10 adults and a bond of $500 is required
  • Although specific rooms can be requested, bookings are generally made for beds and not rooms. There are no en-suite rooms, however bathrooms are located close to all bedrooms

Cancellations

  • Bookings cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to arrival - a refund of 80% to 95% depending
    on the number of beds we rebook.
  • Bookings cancelled within 4 week period - no refund unless we rebook the accommodation.
  • In all cases a full refund less 5% booking fee if the accommodation is rebooked.
